Terms of Use

About this site

This website belongs to Redwood Property Maintenance LLC, 6578 Hawthorne St, Garden City, MI 48135. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quote requests

Sending a request is not a contract. Redwood Property Maintenance will follow up with you, and a job is only agreed when we have confirmed the work and the price with you. Nothing on this site is a price quote.

General information only

The lawn and garden guidance on this site, including the seasonal questions, is general information for Southeast Michigan. It varies with the weather, the plants and your yard, and it is not a promise of any result. City rules, such as yard waste collection and grass height, change; check your city's own website for the current rules.

Texting

If you send a request you agree that we may call or text you about it. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. The details are in our privacy and texting policy.
