Privacy & Texting Policy

What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, phone number, the service and town you choose, and anything you add: email, a message, how you heard about us. We also record which page you were on and which website, search or link brought you here, so we know which sources send customers.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, quote the job, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information or share your phone number for marketing.

Who sees it

Redwood Property Maintenance can see your request, along with the service providers that run our website, request form, texting and customer dashboard on our behalf.

Texting

If you send a request, you agree that we may call or text you about it. We text about your request and, after a job, may send one message asking for a Google review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Texting consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Website analytics

We count visits and clicks, such as taps on our phone number, so we can see which sources send customers. This uses a small first-party record on our own site. It holds no personal details, and it is skipped if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
